Pinhole Photography

Hashtag: patience / serendipity / analog

To celebrate and remain grounded in the analog world, I collect and use a variety of pinhole cameras to explore the fragile interplay of time and experience. None of the effects of the many variables will be fully known until the film is developed. Motion is rendered ghostly by the long exposures. Details become indistinct because of the absence of a lens. Verticals and horizontals curve or tilt. Edges stretch and darken with vignettes. Double exposures are an occupational hazard.
